In an effort to provide its customers with the best possible solutions for their wood pellet proneeds, the establishment of the Wood Pellet Test Plant became reality with the launch of the world’s first Integrated Wood Pellet System in April 2009.  Customers and potential customers are encourage to provide the Test Plant with wood fibre from their own feedstock and receive back finished pellets of the highest standard.

Many wood pellet production facilities are faced with a growing need to source wood fibre from plantation forest rather than rely entirely on waste fibre from parallel industries like saw mills. These “virgin” wood fibres pose considerably larger challenge to the wood pellet producer than saw dust, as they can have high moisture contents and different structural make-ups. Kerry Die’s Wood Pellet System is specifically designed to handle hard woods and high moisture wood fibre to help solve these issues.
